The Dominant Men/submissive women SIG group was the pioneer TES SIG group and has been in existence for 15 years. Master Jim founded the group to support and explore the ideas and needs of Dominant Men and submissive women. We welcome everyone who has an interest in the sensual, erotic, power exchange, and s/m dynamic that exists between Dominant Men and submissive women. You do not need to be in a relationship to be a part of this group. We host many outstanding topics, presentations, and exciting social activities throughout the year.

Topics are presented that are of interest to Dominant Men and submissive women and can be in the format of a lecture, a panel discussion, or a demonstration or a combination of these formats. Topics and workshops have been held on spanking, flogging, wax play, mummification, spirituality and sexuality, Dominant and submissive mindsets, protocol, ritual, and many others. We sometimes invite a guest speaker, from outside the group, to present a topic or to demonstrate something that is of interest for this group.

DM/SW FAQ's

What is DM/sw group?
The Dominant Men/submissive women TES SIG group was the pioneer TES SIG group and has been in existence for 15 years. Master Jim founded the group to support and explore ideas and needs of Dominant Men and submissive women. It hosts many outstanding topics, presentations, and exciting social activities throughout the year.

What are the meetings like?
At each meeting, there is a scheduled topic. These topics are published on the TES calendar. The topics can be in the format of a lecture, a panel discussion, or a demonstration; or it can be a combination of these formats. Voluntary audience participation can be a part of the format. Active participation in the meeting is not required. You can attend and observe or ask questions of the meeting presenter. After the scheduled topic, there is an informal circle. This is a standard part of every TES meeting. It gives everyone, who attends, an opportunity to introduce themselves and to talk about whatever interests them. After the meetings, people from the group usually go to a local cafe to socialize and get to know each other better.

Is this a place to meet a partner?
Although many dominant men and submissive women have met at these meetings and formed relationships, that is not the purpose of this group. The group purpose is to provide education, information, and support for dominant men and submissive women. The focus is not on match making. Please attend and be respectful of others.

How do you decide the topics that are presented at the meetings?
Master Jim, the founder of the DM/sw group, believes that the best, most topical, and interesting meetings come from the ideas of the group. During the circle part of the meeting, new ideas are often discussed and then incorporated into the calendar.

Who presents the topics at the meetings?
Members of the DM/sw present topics based on their interests and knowledge. Since the group is composed of both dominant men and submissive women, the presenter can be either a dominant man or a submissive woman or a panel composed of dominant men and/or submissive women. Sometimes a guest speaker, from outside the group, is asked to present a topic of interest.

Can submissive men and/or dominant women attend these meetings?
Certainly submissive men, dominant women, switches, bottoms, tops, or those who are unsure of their orientation are welcome to attend. They should realize that this is a group for dominant men and submissive women and be respectful of the purpose of the group.

How should I dress for the meetings?
You should wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Many people dressÿ in casual street wear for a meeting. Other people like to come to the meetings dressed in fetish or erotic attire. It is best to come to the meetings "covered up" and then do what makes you feel comfortable once you are at the meeting.
