The TES Annual Membership Meeting and Election will be held Tuesday October 18th, 2016.
All By-Laws Amendment Proposals must be received no later than 11:59 pm Friday July 29th, 2016 – 90 days prior to the election. By-Laws Amendment Proposals may be:
- e-mailed to: ByLaws@TES.org,
- e-mailed to: Secretary@TES.org,
- mailed to the TES PO Box, or
- handed to any board member at any TES meeting.
Please include your name, perfected e-mail address (so we may contact you with questions), and member (card) number. While names will NOT be associated with proposed amendments, anonymous submissions will not be accepted. You should also include a statement explaining the rationale for the By-Laws amendment.
The By-Laws Committee will review all submissions and work with the submitter to craft wording suitable for inclusion in the Annual Membership Meeting and Election package. Amendments require approval by 2/3 of the members voting to take effect.
