Futomomo (太腿) which means “fat leg” or “thigh” is the term for bent leg ties in Japan, usually called in the west “frogging” the leg .
These are very stable and restrictive ways to remove mobility and manipulate the body of your subject easily and effectively
We will be working on simple building blocks to create effective Bent leg ties as well as Bent arm (Chicken Wings) and other arm restraints.

Bring rope
Short 8 meter lengths are best for the style however bring whatever is in your favorite rope kit
Class level: beginner / Intermediate.
This is not a Knot class please be able to tie a square knot and larks head at minimum
