Board Member Vacancy

Dear TES Member,

At the January Membership Meeting, Mary Ann resigned her position as Board Member of The Eulenspiegel Society.

We thank her for her dedication and service to TES.

As per Article 6.6 in our Bylaws, we handle such Director vacancies with a temporary appointment until the next September membership meeting and election. The appointment is made by a majority vote of the current Directors in office.

If you would like to be considered for this appointment, please send an immediate e-mail to tes@tes.org, as the bylaws state that we must make our decision by the next regular board meeting, taking place on Thursday, February 23, 2012. The only requirement is that you have been a TES member in good standing for one full year. The term of the Director appointed at the February board meeting will last until the September 2012 elections, a period of about 7 months. Your e-mail placing your name into consideration for the vacant board seat must be received by midnight on February 20, 2012 to be considered for appointment.

The TES Board has approved and is proud to announce TES Fest 2012 in Piscataway, NJ!
