They say that how you celebrate the New Year will set the tone
for the rest of it. If so, TES-TiNG is off to a good start.
TES-TiNG rang in the New Year with a social last Wednesday. The
chips flowed in abundance, although the whips required a little
more imagination. (Twizzlers, we discovered, work quite nicely.)
By eight o'clock, a good-sized crowd of old-timers and newbies had
gathered, including a few people who had never been to TES before.
Everyone seemed to enjoy catching up on all the holiday news and
most were reluctant to leave at ten.
