NCSF REP

Lisa V is the
new TES representative to the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.
NCSF is the national advocacy and lobbying group that works to promote
tolerance of sexual minorities of all orientations especially the
SM-Leather-Fetish communities. Because TES is a voting organizational
member of NCSF, Lisa will sit on the board. In addition to making
sure that TES has input into this important national organization,
Lisa will bring information back to the TES membership and continue
to raise awareness about NCSF.
Lisa has been
an active member of TES for a number of years. She steps forward
at TES in many capacities: as a volunteer at parties and Leather
Pride Night, as a presenter for educational topics and as co-chair
of the First and Second Annual NY SM Film Festivals.

A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE
AT TES

Because of
the Thanksgiving holiday, TES had only one meeting last week, Electrical
Play with Mistress Nona. This covered the theory of electrical play,
and some hot demos to boot, with demo subjects Ray and Robin. Mistress
Nona used the HotBoxx electrical equipment designed as she said
"for perverts by perverts" It has three channels so it
was possible for Nona to play with both "victims" at the
same time, and its one-hand operation is a real improvement over
older units, she said.
John was there
as consultant, and started off with a review of electrical theory
as applied to BDSM. There is static and continuous current; with
continuous current, it's important that the current not pass through
the heart, so electrodes should be placed either entirely below the
waist, or, in addition, both electrodes of a single channel can
be placed on the same arm. John emphasized that it's important to
be sure that multichannel equipment have isolated channels; the
HotBoxx achieves this with transformers for each channel. Otherwise,
current can flow between channels, possibly through the heart.
Mistress Nona
reviewed the wide array of electrode "toys" available
for electrical equipment; compatible plugs and adapters allow players
to "mix and match" between suppliers. She demonstrated
several types of cock rings, and both anal and vaginal plugs. Also
on display was an electrical "humbler" device for male
genital bondage combined with electricity.
Multichannel
equipment allows play with more than one subject at a time, and
Mistress Nona made full use of this capability: Robin reclined on
TES' venerable massage table, with an electrical vaginal plug inserted;
she had her legs over her head. Ray straddled her, with electrodes on his
cock, and an anal plug to boot. It was almost as if they were having
sex, but without genital contact: they were connected by the HotBoxx
electrical device! With just a few pushes of the buttons on the

the HotBoxx, applied to the forearms of the eager victims. All pronounced
the sensations an interesting experience.
TES CELEBRATES LEATHER

and the Nekkid Girl coordinated the TES outreach table at GMSMA's
Leatherfest. It was a bit nutty because the Gene Frankel Theater
had changed the locks on the door and we could not get our stuff.
A quick run to raid Purple Passion's stock of calendars and a stripped
down outreach table was there for the volunteers to tell all comers
all about TES.
Later in the
evening, the TES Celebration party was held at Excalibur which is
a wonderful intimate space for good play. There were many wonderful
scenes including floggings, a hooded bottom in a cage, a big dangerous
monster trapped in the other cage and lots of spankings - including
a birthday spanking complete with a surprise cake that was shared
by all.
