Here is the info that Black Rose released Tues 8/18.

" It is with great sadness that Black Rose announces that Jack McG, one of the founders of Black Rose and the sitting Chairman of the Board, has passed away. Jack's dedication to BR and his service to the community were invaluable, and he will be greatly missed. Further information will be announced as it becomes available. Jack's family is very grateful for the concern of the community, but asks that contact be limited while they make arrangements.
