Board Appoints Replacement Director

As per Article 6.6 in our Bylaws, we handle such Director vacancies, with a temporary appointment until the next September membership meeting. The appointment is made by a majority vote of the current Directors in office.

At the May 14th Board meeting the Board selected 007 to fill the board position left vacant by Lady M's resignation.
