Tony Appointed to the Board

As per Article 6.6 in the TES Bylaws, Director vacancies are filled with a temporary appointment until the next September membership meeting. The appointment to the Board of Directors is made by a majority vote of the current Directors in office.

After careful consideration, at the October 15, 2009 Board Meeting, the current Directors selected Tony to fill the board position left vacant by Goddess Coko's resignation. Tony will serve until the next general election scheduled to be held at the September 2010 membership meeting
