SUMMARY:TES Annual Membership Meeting and Board Elections
DESCRIPTION:The 2017 TES Annual Meeting and Elections will take place on Tuesday\, October 3\, 2017\, in accordance with the Bylaws of TES. Every year\, TES membership elects new members of the board of directors for either 1 or 2 year terms. Please join us in selecting this coming year’s Board of Directors\, either via in person vote or by proxy. More information on voting and proxies will be available shortly. The Board of Directors also takes this opportunity to present progress the organization has made in the last six months to the membership and answer any questions. \nAll intentions to run for the Board of Directors\, Parliamentarian\, or Arbiter must be submitted in writing by letter of the nominee to the Elections Chair (elections@tes.org). The intent to run for a position must be received 60 days in advance of the elections; the deadline this year is 11:59 pm on Friday\, August 4\, 2017. Please take notice of that date. Intentions to run submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Candidates must have been a member of TES in good standing for at least one year in order to place their name in nomination. \nMembers must show membership card. \nDoors open at 7:00 pm\nPlease note the LOCATION:\nAlchemical Theatre Laboratory\nElevator access is available but must call the office at (212) 675-1390\n
