Without the help of a partner\, it can be a bit overwhelming to be the one in charge of putting yourself back together again. After years of being both in a long distance relationship and refusing to give up the intense play she loves\, Madeline has picked up more than a few tips and tricks on self-aftercare. This class will focus on preparation\, wound care\, nutrition\, and psychology to help get your back on your feet and ready to take on the next big scene. \n\nMadeline is a trained scientists who loves to use her analytical mind and love of learning both in the bedroom and the dungeon. For the past 15 years\, she has been very active in the Chicago\, Minneapolis/St. Paul and New York communities\, helping to run BDSM organizations\, assisting with large-scale events\, and teaching classes on various edge play techniques. After winning the Leather title of International Little Miss Little in 2011\, she retired from the stressful pageant circuit to pursue teaching.
