DESCRIPTION:There are numerous myths surrounding trampling\, many of which are rooted in body negativity or stigma surrounding body size or ability. Please join b0ihazard for this 1.5-hour intensive\, specifically designed to accommodate individuals new to trampling and finding their feet. We will go over strategies for balance\, and work up from kneeling/stepping onto walking/stomping on our bottoms. We will incorporate pressure point work\, impact\, and verbal degradation that are specific to trampling. This class is designed to be hands-on\, so please come with your practice/partner\, and a towel/sheet/yoga mat. Please be rested\, fed\, hydrated\, and free of any substances that could negatively impact your balance.
