BEDROC is my acronym for how I am living my life again, after a long hiatus. It is a mix of a friend’s philosophy plus my own philosophy I knew of for 13 years and actively lived for 5. The last 8 years? It became less and less until I lost myself, lost the respect of those I love(d), and nearly lost my sanity. No more. It’s time to come home. Snows are melting, nature’s starting to bloom, and that thing called “daylight” is poking around again. So before the pollen hits us full force, why not come celebrate the arrival of Spring with TES at our monthly munch? Specific examples of techniques to improve your communication skills. Hint: listen first. One of the challenges is that almost every relationship question is answered with “Communicate.” What people seldom do is give you dieas on how to communicate. That is what this class does.
