ABDL 101 is a beginner-friendly class designed for those curious about Adult Baby/Diaper Lover (ABDL) and ageplay. We’ll break down common misconceptions, explore the differences between ABDL and ageplay, including how age players can embrace older identities, and discuss the various ways people engage with this lifestyle. The session includes a live diapering demonstration, practical tips for comfort and discretion, and guidance on finding supportive communities and resources. Whether you’re exploring for yourself or supporting a partner, this class offers a judgment-free space to learn, ask questions, and discover what works for you.
