An overview of non-violent communication strategies for the effective handling of charged situations, especially those that arise in kink venues, e.g., dungeons, play parties and kink conventions. Led by volunteer community members trained and experienced in Alternative Dispute Resolution, strategies covered will be helpful for everyone. This meeting is mandatory for TES Fest senior staff,  recommended for event organizers, DMs, group facilitators, etc. and open to all.
