This class is an introduction to impact play. The goal bring to teach how to land a "perfect" swat under ideal circumstances: otk (over the knee). The presenter will go over same basics, show some examples, and then we practice smacking our own legs as a part of training.This will also help to explain how having a familiarity with pain and building a tolerance is part of being a good impact top.
