  • TES Hypnokink Group: The Ins and Outs of Hypnotic Fractionation

The Alchemical, Studio E 104 west 14th street, New York, NY, United States

Fractionation is a well known hypnotic technique, both in the therapeutic and erotic hypnosis communities. People use it for improving the ability for the subject to enter into deep trance more quickly. It is also a way to create specific experiences related to control, the power to bring someone into a state and out of it generating feelings of power exchange. This class will delve into how fractionation works, and explore different techniques to facilitate many different aspects of the phenomenon. By breaking down the concepts of induction, awakening, awakeness, and the experience of trance states both as subjective and contextual, we can redefine both the methods and processes of hypnosis. Fractionation as a transition between two contrasting states provides us with a more general approach towards exploring mental states, hypnotic phenomenon, emotion, intimacy and sex. In addition we will discuss the ways we can visualize the narrative of a hypnotic scene and how the trance state can be charted through the various elements of play. Visual aids will be used to help explain some core concepts and novel approaches to creating unique and dynamic scenes based on Fractionation. This class is intended for all levels of experience. Doors open at 7, class begins at 7:30 TES Members $5 Students & Military with ID $10 Reciprocal Groups $10 Non-Members $20 Cash Only Please call ahead if you will need elevator access: (212) 675-1390
