Are you an experienced kinkster concerned about how your kink or sexual life could affect your work, future career or family? In the kink scene, protecting your privacy is a priority. However, in the age of social media and google, it's easier said than done. This class will cover the topic of kink identity, what it means, how to protect it, and ways to mitigate the effects if your privacy is violated. We'll be using the same techniques used in computer and network security as well as techniques used to protect political dissonants and activists and apply them to the kink/fetish/sex-positive/poly and leather communities. Whatever your experience is, this is a subject that you can benefit from! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE TECH SAVVY TO BENEFIT FROM THIS CLASS. • TES Hypnokink Group: The Ins and Outs of Hypnotic Fractionation

The Alchemical, Studio E 104 west 14th street, New York, NY, United States

Fractionation is a well known hypnotic technique, both in the therapeutic and erotic hypnosis communities. People use it for improving the ability for the subject to enter into deep trance more quickly. It is also a way to create specific experiences related to control, the power to bring someone into a state and out of it generating feelings of power exchange. This class will delve into how fractionation works, and explore different techniques to facilitate many different aspects of the phenomenon. By breaking down the concepts of induction, awakening, awakeness, and the experience of trance states both as subjective and contextual, we can redefine both the methods and processes of hypnosis. Fractionation as a transition between two contrasting states provides us with a more general approach towards exploring mental states, hypnotic phenomenon, emotion, intimacy and sex. In addition we will discuss the ways we can visualize the narrative of a hypnotic scene and how the trance state can be charted through the various elements of play. Visual aids will be used to help explain some core concepts and novel approaches to creating unique and dynamic scenes based on Fractionation. This class is intended for all levels of experience. Doors open at 7, class begins at 7:30 TES Members $5 Students & Military with ID $10 Reciprocal Groups $10 Non-Members $20 Cash Only Please call ahead if you will need elevator access: (212) 675-1390

  • TES Presents – Self-Aftercare: Care and feeding of a wild bottom

The Alchemical, Studio 1 104 West 14th street, New York, United States

Whether doing pick-up play or playing as part of a long distance relationship, useful self-care in the days, and sometimes even weeks, after an intense scene or weekend can be a challenge. Without the help of a partner, it can be a bit overwhelming to be the one in charge of putting yourself back together again. After years of being both in a long distance relationship and refusing to give up the intense play she loves, Madeline has picked up more than a few tips and tricks on self-aftercare. This class will focus on preparation, wound care, nutrition, and psychology to help get your back on your feet and ready to take on the next big scene. Madeline is a trained scientists who loves to use her analytical mind and love of learning both in the bedroom and the dungeon. For the past 15 years, she has been very active in the Chicago, Minneapolis/St. Paul and New York communities, helping to run BDSM organizations, assisting with large-scale events, and teaching classes on various edge play techniques. After winning the Leather title of International Little Miss Little in 2011, she retired from the stressful pageant circuit to pursue teaching. Madeline can be found on Fetlife at saltygoodness. • TES Novice & Newcomers Group: Massage 101

The Alchemical, Studio D 104 West 14th street, New York, NY, United States

If you’ve been to any public dungeon or play party, you’ve heard it a thousand times. “Please Mistress, may I touch your feet!” And yet everywhere there are tops and Dom(mes,) yearning for great massage service, prefering to go untouched then suffer another abysmal service massage. Furthermore, a communal lack of skill in the art of bodywork doesn't just affect the service-oriented quotient of kinksters. How often have you heard “I'm not warmed up enough for that tie” or “I'm having a hard time coming down” or “I'm really droppy after that convention...” These situations might seem like par for the course--a hazard of doing what we do. Or, to the initiated, the perfect time to use a bit of cocoa butter, and get in there with both hands. No matter your role, gender or other fetishes, this class is designed for you to help you get better at using your hands to touch people. Louis (DanceInMyPants) is a sex educator by trade, a consent nerd by calling, and the kinky boy next door. Louis is a polyamorus trans dude, a massage enthusiast, a sadomasochist and a proud switch. He's been rubbing feet and taking names since 2011. Out of kink, he's a born and bred Brooklynite, a witch, a lover of spreadsheets, a writer of smut, and plays a ton of Dungeons and Dragons. Novice & Newcomers classes are open to all, but accessible to those who are new to the scene, the subject, or the area. Experienced members of the community are welcome and encouraged to attend. Doors open at 7, class begins at 7:30. If you will require the elevator, please call ahead: (212) 675-1390.
