Margaret Davis runs the Spanking Club of New York (SCONY). Consenting bottoms are held to a code we call “OPTILAP”, which is an acronym meaning: Old-fashioned, Platonic, Traditional, Institutional, Loving And Parental discipline. She also hosts Weekend in the Mountains, (Oct. 11-13) where old-fashioned spankers from all over the country meet for a full three or four days of a different kind of spanking party.
