Not knowing what to do as a first time hypnotist, or what to expect as a first time subject is a big challenge that just about everyone has to deal with starting out. While there is plenty of written information out there actually learning to use trance practically can be daunting. If you don’t know how to start off, hypnosis feels incredibly esoteric.
