October 9 @ 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM IN-PERSON: Trampling for All Bodies with B0ihazard LGBT Community Center 208 W 13th St, New York, NY, United States There are numerous myths surrounding trampling, many of which are rooted in body negativity or stigma surrounding body size or ability. Please join b0ihazard for this 1.5-hour intensive, specifically designed to accommodate individuals new to trampling and finding their feet. We will go over strategies for balance, and work up from kneeling/stepping onto walking/stomping on our bottoms. We will incorporate pressure point work, impact, and verbal degradation that are specific to trampling. This class is designed to be hands-on, so please come with your practice/partner, and a towel/sheet/yoga mat. Please be rested, fed, hydrated, and free of any substances that could negatively impact your balance. Traditional massage techniques teach how to manipulate, maneuver, stroke, and strike a body to get the desired results. While for the most part this result is pleasurable, the same techniques can be used to cause intense, controlled pain. Fundamentals of massage will be covered, so even those who only intend to use these skills for less than nefarious purposes will benefit. The class is a combination of presentation and hands-on practice as time and space allows.
