    Want to teach BDSM without making a scene? Let’s get you prepared to lead with knowledge—and maybe a little flair. This session is designed for individuals who are ready to leverage their knowledge and experience to serve the community but are unsure how to begin structuring their material. The workshop will cover the following key topics, offering practical tips and principles to help you develop and deliver effective educational content: Developing a curriculum Structuring the content effectively Key safety and sanitation protocols to include Presentation techniques that ensure maximum attendee engagement Bring your notebook and ideas, and we will work on the rest.  Bio: Goddess Narcissa, a native New Yorker, has represented both women and the BIPOC community in the BDSM scene for the last 17 years. Currently a member of the Board of Directors for TES, she has served the community through a variety of mediums, including her work as a Co-Vice Chair of TES Fest, POC event organizer, AANHPI panelist, singletail whip educator, and mentor. Narcissa is also the founder of Mercy Whips, a company dedicated to making her implement of choice affordable and accessible. Mercy Whips by Narcissa is sold at local shops and online at mercywhips.com. Outside of the scene, her passions are riding her bicycle around the city and the culinary arts.
