IN-PERSON: Tarot for Tops October 22 @ 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM LGBT Community Center 208 W 13th St, New York Discover how tarot’s symbolism, storytelling, intuition, and imagination can enrich power exchange, inspire creative scenes, and foster deeper communication and connection. In this discussion-based class, you’ll explore the foundations of tarot with a traditional Rider-Waite deck and learn practical ways to use the cards in your kink practice. Together, you’ll consider how tarot can support intentional scene planning, negotiation, reflection, and aftercare—while keeping ethics, agency, and communication at the center. You’ll be invited to engage your Clair-abilities, mind’s eye, and imagination to develop scenes that connect mind, body, and spirit. Through examples and group discussion, you’ll leave with fresh ideas and usable tools for bringing tarot into your relationships and play. This class is open to Tops, bottoms, switches, and anyone curious about the intersection of tarot and BDSM. All experience levels are welcome, whether you are opening a tarot deck for the first time or have been reading for years. No prior tarot experience is needed. Please bring a tarot deck if you have one; extra Rider-Waite decks will be available so everyone can participate with cards in hand.
