2025 Elections Coko April 20, 2026 (April 20, 2026) TES 2025 Election Results Congratulations to our newly elected Board of Directors. Board of Directors Tall Goddess NY has been elected for the first time. Goddess Coko and Tom have been re-elected. They are joined by Max (Abscondage) and Goddess Narcissa, who are up for election in 2026. Arbiter Reina’s Slave (Matt) has been re-elected Bylaw Amendments All the proposed bylaw amendments were passed. TES 2025 Election Information Your voice matters! At The Eulenspiegel Society (TES), we believe our members are the heart of the organization, and that’s why we invite you to participate in our upcoming elections. This is your chance to directly influence the future of TES by selecting our new leadership and voting on important bylaw amendments. Meet the Candidates Night Tuesday, October 14, 2025 (Online) This is your opportunity to connect with the individuals running for a position on the Board of Directors and for the role of Arbiter. Come prepared with questions to learn about their vision for the future of TES and what drives their passion. This is an essential step to making an informed choice at the ballot box. Annual Membership Meeting & Election Tuesday, October 28, 2025 (Online) Join us for the official Annual Membership Meeting, where we will conduct the elections and discuss key business for the organization. This is the main event where your vote will be cast. Important Election Details The ballot is closed. You can submit your vote electronically. The deadline to submit your ballot is 72 hours before the Elections/Annual Membership Meeting, which is October 25 by 7 PM. Both events will be held online via the DatingKinky platform. Current members should have already received the specific join links in the monthly membership newsletter, The Eulenspiegel Mirror, sent on October 1, 2025, as well as in a personal email with election information and join link. Meet the Candidates We have a slate of dedicated individuals ready to serve our community. Board of Directors: We have three candidates running for the Board of Directors. According to the TES bylaws, a candidate must receive at least 50% of the votes to be elected. Arbiter: There are two candidates for the position of Arbiter. The candidate with the highest vote total must receive votes from at least 20% of the members voting to be seated. To learn more about each candidate and their qualifications, please read their Candidate Statements. Bylaw Amendments and Proxy Voting This year, several important bylaw amendments are up for a vote. We encourage all members to review the proposed changes and participate in the vote. Proposed Bylaw Amendments Even if you can’t attend the election meeting, you can still make your voice heard by submitting a Restricted Proxy. This permits someone to vote on your behalf on bylaws and other business items.
